Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with tax/business/financial planning experience.
• CPA certification or Bar membership.
• Typically 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Understanding of estate and wealth planning.
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation.
• Experience with flow-through entities (S-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs).
• Understanding of automated tax processing systems.
• Willingness to travel.
• Commitment to continuing learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tailored tax advice and compliance for complex family and business structures.
• Support wealth transfer, succession planning, and governance strategies.
• Navigate multijurisdictional and cross-border tax matters.
• Mentor and supervise tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring knowledge/tools access.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
• Communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients.
