  • Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client-ready meeting materials and relationship-management support.
  • Provide client-facing financial advice in collaboration with Advisors.
  • Analyze needs and develop financial strategies using planning software.
  • Create and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to goals.
  • Support account openings, transfers, and document processing.
  • Ensure AML, SEC, and internal policy compliance.
  • Maintain client records, reports, and track milestones.
  • Collaborate with tax, estate planning, investment, and operations teams.

The Role

We’re looking for a client-focused, analytical professional to join our Client Experience team. In this role, you’ll partner with Advisors to develop, analyze, and deliver personalized financial strategies while supporting the operational execution of client recommendations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is known for strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with team members and Advisors to prepare client-ready meeting materials, follow-up deliverables, and relationship management support for select clients
  • Provide client-facing financial advice and support in collaboration with Advisors
  • Analyze client needs and develop financial strategies using financial planning software
  • Assist in creating and presenting comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client goals
  • Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of client service and accuracySupport account openings, transfers, document processing, and other operational needs of the advisory team
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with AML, SEC, and internal firm policies and requirements
  • Maintain client records, prepare reports, and track key client milestones
  • Collaborate with Advisors, tax professionals, estate planning attorneys, investment professionals, and operations teams to execute integrated financial strategies
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of financial services industry experience, including B2B support for Advisors and/or B2C direct financial advising
  • Series 65 and/or CFP (or equivalent) required, or the ability to obtain within 180 days
  • Strong proficiency with financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital, along with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain moderately complex financial strategies clearly and effectively to clients
  • A client-first mindset and demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional experience while managing multiple priorities
  • Understanding of financial industry regulations, documentation requirements, and internal compliance policies
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required

The estimated base salary range for this role is $81,000-111,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. This role may also be eligible for variable pay (bonuses, commissions, incentives).
