Job summary

CAPTRUST seeks a Wealth Solutions Insurance Manager to steer life insurance and annuities strategy, support financial advisors, and manage external partner relationships. You will lead strategy, supervise FINRA activities, and collaborate across wealth, product, and technology teams to strengthen service models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Life Insurance experience.
• Registered representative with wealth management industry experience.
• Series 24 license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of wealth management insurance solutions and insurance strategy.
• Lead insurance strategy development and implementation.
• Collaborate with both licensed and unlicensed advisors to connect them with resources.
• Own relationships with external insurance brokers.
• Perform FINRA supervision and suitability reviews as needed for broker dealer.
• Coordinate with internal M Financial agents and cross‑functional teams.
• Enhance services and support models with leadership and project teams.
• Track metrics, monitor activities, and automate where possible.
• Create and manage project plans; lead projects as needed.
• Build strong relationships with technology, product, and business teams.
• Occasionally work beyond normal hours; minimal travel.
