Job summary

CAPTRUST is seeking a Wealth Solutions Insurance Manager to support financial advisors in delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions, focusing on life insurance and annuities strategy. This role leads strategy and execution, supports sales activity, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has strong life insurance and annuity experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities while delivering high client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Life Insurance experience.
• Registered representative with wealth management industry experience.
• Series 24 license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of wealth management insurance solutions.
• Lead insurance strategy development and implementation.
• Work with licensed and unlicensed advisors to connect them with resources.
• Own relationships with external insurance brokers.
• FINRA supervision and suitability reviews related to the broker dealer.
