Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/math or related field.
• Two years of experience in a related role.
• Excel for data analysis on large datasets.
• PowerPoint to create management presentations.
• VBA to automate and enhance processes.
• Coaching and upskilling peers to ensure standards.
• Project management with Waterfall/Agile methods.
• Using JIRA and Confluence for tracking.
• Familiar with BPM tools (Visio/Signavio).
• Analyze high-volume client transactions for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations for firm books and cash balances.
• Liaise with partner teams to resolve reconciliation differences.
• Produce reports on team health, financial statements, budgets, and transactions.
• Coordinate with custodians on remediation of fraudulent activity.
• Review and process invoices from third-party vendors.
• Document requirements for Engineering to improve operations and communicate updates.
• Train new joiners and contingents to align with procedures and risk controls.
