Job summary

Zions Bancorporation seeks a Wealth Service Associate to support Wealth Advisors in Salt Lake City. You will provide exceptional client service, manage service requests in Salesforce FSC, and help maintain client accounts across platforms.

You will participate in tiered training, assist with onboarding, cash flows, and account maintenance, and contribute to a team-driven culture focused on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; some experience in account servicing, sales, or customer service in financial services.
• College degree preferred.
• Series 7 & 66, (63/65) preferred, life and health within the first 180 days of employment also preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrated client empathy.
• Solid oral and written communication skills to build relationships with clients.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in office software applications; able to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service aligned to defined segmentation models.
• Utilize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to manage service requests and track client interactions.
• Assist wealth management advisors and planners in building client relationships.
• Assist with onboarding, monitoring cash flows, account maintenance, and account closing.
• Resolve client account issues and respond to regulatory requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and centralized resource center.
