Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in Aiken, SC is seeking a Private Client Associate to help administer, market and grow client relationships alongside our Financial Advisors. You will organize productivity-based campaigns and support branch growth with strong client service.

Responsibilities include partnering with FAs, maintaining client relations, and performing operations as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and licensing (Series 7/63/65/66) is valued or obtainable within 12 months from

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire.
Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
High ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships, working with Janney Financial Advisors to grow their business.
Help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing and implementing productivity-based campaigns.
Perform operational responsibilities as needed to support the branch.
Communicate with home office departments to ensure timely and accurate service.
