Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in Sewickley, PA seeks a Private Client Associate to support administering, marketing and growing client relationships alongside Janney Financial Advisors. You will help organize productivity-based campaigns and may take on operational responsibilities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, effective communication, initiative, and teamwork, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Licensing within 12 months is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prior office experience preferred but not required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire
• Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• High ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering, marketing and growing client relationships.
• Work closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and grow their business.
• Help develop and maintain client relationships by organizing productivity-based campaigns.
• Perform operational responsibilities as needed.
