Responsibilities

• Identify markets and develop a marketing plan to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travel to prospect and network with middle-market clients.
• Schedule and conduct in-person appointments for sales, service and retention.
• Use consultative practices to present suitable financial solutions.
• Sell insurance and investment products ethically and effectively.
• Plan and schedule weekly sales, marketing and service activities.
• Promote Western & Southern Life brand in the local market.
• Develop community relationships to grow presence in target markets.
• Maintain regular client contact to address evolving needs.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance skills.
• Maintain accurate client and company records and payments.
• Maintain valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
