Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Financial Representative in Harvey, LA to educate mid‑income clients on risk protection, financial security, and wealth creation. You will analyze client needs, recommend suitable financial solutions, and work to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include prospecting, meeting with clients, and maintaining accurate records. A life/health license in the state or licensure in progress is required, with licensing expected within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Life and health license required in state or must have passed the licensure exam and applied for licensure on hire.
• Maintain life and health license within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify markets and develop marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travel to prospect and network with middle-market clients.
• Schedule in-person appointments for sales, service, and retention.
