Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Private Banker to develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering integrated banking, credit, asset management, trust, and brokerage services. You will lead client teams, tailor solutions, and drive profitable growth in a collaborative CNB environment.

Requires Safe Act compliance and NMLS licensing, with potential collaboration with CNS Investment Officer to review market conditions and asset allocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management, banking/credit, personal trust, and brokerage services.
• Minimum 10 years of sales and relationship management experience in financial services preferably with high net worth clients.
• Must be in good standing under Safe Act and registered/licensed with NMLS or eligible to be registered.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships externally through referrals and internal partners.
• Profile clients and provide tailored advice across investments, trust, credit, deposits and more.
• Coordinate and lead client team meetings, including pre-briefs and de-briefs.
• Identify opportunities from existing clients to expand services.
• Manage relationships with proactive communication and regular reviews.
• Collaborate with CNS Investment Officer to discuss market conditions and asset management.
