Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Private Banker to develop and manage relationships with high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients in our market. You will provide integrated financial guidance across banking, credit, asset management, trust and estate planning, and brokerage.

You’ll lead client teams, tailor solutions, and coordinate across CNB resources to grow profitability while maintaining risk controls. A Safe Act compliant license track is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in asset management, banking/credit, personal trust or brokerage.
• 10+ years in sales and relationship management in financial services with high net worth clients.
• Must be in good standing under Safe Act and licensed/registered with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships through referrals and partnerships.
• Profile clients and provide tailored advice across investments, credit, trust and wealth transfer.
• Lead client teams, prep and debrief for new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities within existing clients and coordinate with colleagues.
• Manage relationships with planning, delivery, and regular reviews.
• Communicate market conditions and adjust strategies with the CNB team.
