Washington Trust Wealth Management is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients. This role serves as a key client contact and is responsible for managing complex administrative and operational activities with accuracy, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to compliance and service excellence. The Relationship Manager works closely with Portfolio Managers, Wealth Advisors, Financial Planners, banking partners, tax professionals, and fiduciary specialists to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management capabilities, sound fiduciary and operational judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
The ideal candidate has problem solving, critical thinking, and sound judgement skills, as well as a keen focus on client and service excellence. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and a growth mindset through process improvement, and will have risk awareness and a strong compliance mindset.
We anticipate this role will be hybrid and based out of our Wealth offices in Providence, Rhode Island.

Compensation: The good-faith, reasonable base salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000. Actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. This role may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package.
