Job summary

You will solicit referrals, support new client acquisition, and work a proactive, compliance-driven schedule including weekends and some evenings. This role emphasizes superior client service and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven success acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• 1+ year in branch banking with revenue generation experience.
• SIE/FINRA licenses required or to be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages banking relationships with advice-based approach to deliver best products and services.
• Collaborates with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts.
• Solicits referrals and develops internal/external sources to acquire new clients.
• Facilitates client access to self-service options and educates on digital tools.
