JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and broader branch customers. You will manage relationships, offer education and advice, and connect clients with specialists for specialized needs.

The role requires building trust, meeting regulatory requirements, and willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. A strong focus on client service and compliance is essential.

Competenze

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
