Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers in the branch, managing their banking relationships with an advice-based approach and coordinating with specialists to address complex financial needs.

The role supports growth through referrals, provides access to self-service options, and requires adherence to regulatory requirements and branch hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Evidence of relationship-based client acquisition and revenue growth.
• 1+ year in branch banking or financial services.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7 and state registrations or completion within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage client banking relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Acquire new clients through referrals and internal/external sources.
