Job summary

You will educate clients on Chase technology, stay compliant with regulations, and work with a team of experts to meet financial needs, including weekend hours when required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Minimum 1+ year in branch banking or financial services sales.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone.
• Capable of resolving client issues with attention to detail.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent.
• License requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
