Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Relationship Advisor to manage client relationships and coordinate account activity within Wealth Management and Banking services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service and effective communication across the service team.

The position involves working with clients and their advisors to understand needs, assist with advisory offerings, and support business development while ensuring fiduciary duties and regulatory compliance are observed.

Qualifications

• Fiduciary servicing experience and knowledge of client relationships.
• Understanding of fiduciary duties, financial planning and capital markets.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates account management and ensures timely execution of client requests.
• Develops understanding of client needs by working with clients and their advisors.
• Maintains knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
• Assists in business development by preparing client presentations and fostering referrals.
• Collaborates with internal partners to identify client opportunities and solutions.
