Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Relationship Advisor to jointly handle account management and fiduciary advisory duties in a full-time, on-site role in Chicago, IL. You will coordinate client service tasks, communicate with clients and advisors, and drive fiduciarysolutions with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Fiduciary servicing and wealth planning knowledge preferred.
• Experience with trust operations and accounting systems helpful.
• Strong analytical, negotiating and client service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates account management tasks, ensures prompt execution and follow-up, handles client and vendor communications.
• Manages assigned wealth management accounts, understands client goals and fiduciary duties, assists with advisory services.
• Leverages NT resources to identify opportunities for relationship growth and collaborates with internal and external advisors.
• Delivers focused client service with timely communications and prudent risk management.
• Ensures compliance with fiduciary standards and internal policies.
