You will complete Wealth Management University training, followed by hands-on mentoring, branch collaboration, and a clear four-level path for advancement within Schwab.

Qualifications

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• FINRA Series 66 (63/65) must be obtained during tenure.
• Life & Health Insurance licensing required during tenure.
• CFP Certification is a plus; tuition reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Grow your book of business through warm outreach and consistent sales activity.
• Engage clients with sound investing principles and wealth planning.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists to deliver holistic guidance.
• Provide an outstanding investor experience and pursue ongoing professional development.
