You’ll begin with an existing book, complete Wealth Management University training, then participate in an immersive bootcamp, mentorship, and a four-level career track focused on advancement and client impact.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Obtaining Series 66 (63/65) as it will be required during tenure on the job
• CFP Certification is a plus. (If you have not obtained the CFP designation yet, we encourage your professional development with Tuition Reimbursement and our internal CFP Cohort Program)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients, maintaining consistent sales activity to grow the book of business and strengthen client relationships.
• Share market insights and investment strategies with clients to align with their goals and risk tolerance.
• Provide outstanding investor experience and support professional development within Wealth Management.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists and follow Schwab advice guidelines to help clients progress toward their goals.
