Job summary

Darwin Wealth Management seeks an Associate Wealth Manager to join the team serving clients from Tampa, FL. This role handles planning, review preparation, and implementation, building and executing client strategies with close mentorship from Wealth Managers and partners.

You will learn end-to-end how a plan is actually completed, developing relationship and business development skills while supporting client objectives in a fast-paced, advisor-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Series 65, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: One or more years in wealth management or financial planning.
• You’re organized, precise, and you finish what you start; you can explain a complex plan in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Build financial plans, model planning scenarios, and prepare the analysis behind each recommendation
• Prepare strategy presentations and materials for client reviews
• Translate the Wealth Manager’s direction into defined action steps
• Implement planning decisions, including account openings, asset transfers, and related administrative work
• Take part in client meetings, communicate follow-up actions, and keep clients informed as implementation progresses
• Track every action item from meetings and planning updates through completion
• Answer client questions about their plans between meetings
