Baird in Scottsdale is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor who will be a key planning resource for the Arizona market, helping advisors deliver sophisticated wealth management solutions and grow the client base.

You will prepare for client meetings, analyze complex financial situations, deliver planning recommendations, and partner with advisors to position financial planning as a core part of the client experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of investment experience in a client-facing role.
• Pursue CFP, CPWA or higher designation within one year of start.
• Must hold SIE and Series 7/66 or Series 7/63/65 licenses.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Occasional travel to market branches is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing for client meetings with Advisors.
• Analyze complex financial situations and present planning recommendations.
• Collaborate with Advisors to position financial planning as a core part of the client experience.
• Support advisor growth and engage clients to deepen relationships.
