Job summary

Our client in wealth management seeks a Wealth Planner / Financial Planning Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will build detailed financial plans, analyze client scenarios, and support advisor recommendations while collaborating closely with the owner and team.

Gaining hands-on planning experience, you’ll prepare for client meetings, ensure accuracy, and contribute to investments, retirement, tax, estate, and risk planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected by start date.
• CFP coursework completed or in progress required.
• Foundational knowledge of investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; financial planning software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and refine financial plans within planning software for advisor review.
• Collect and verify client information, financial statements, and planning assumptions.
• Analyze cash flow, assets, liabilities, investment allocations, retirement needs, and risk.
• Develop scenarios and concise recommendations for retirement, tax, estate, and insurance.
• Check plans and documents for completeness and accuracy; support client meetings.
• Collaborate with advisors to prepare and present planning recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records and planning updates in CRM systems.
