Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
• Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors with preparing financial plans, recommendations, and client meeting materials.
• Support client review meetings through data gathering, analysis, and follow-up activities.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely account servicing support.
• Maintain accurate client records within CRM and planning systems.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Assist with portfolio analysis and the development of financial planning recommendations.
• Support business operations and administrative functions as needed.
• Collaborate with advisors on marketing initiatives and client engagement activities.
• Coordinate and track action items to support efficient client service and workflow management.
