Dahl Consulting is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant in Lakeland, FL to support advisory teams with financial plans, client service, and operational tasks. The role emphasizes compliance, data analysis, and collaborative client engagement.

You will help prepare plans, gather data, and maintain client records while supporting portfolio analysis and marketing efforts in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in financial planning, wealth management, paraplanning, or related role.
• Licensing in securities/insurance may be required or pursued (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Life/Health).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and planning software; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors with preparing financial plans, recommendations, and client meeting materials.
• Support client review meetings with data gathering and analysis.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely account servicing.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and planning systems.
• Contribute to portfolio analysis and financial planning recommendations.
• Coordinate with advisors on marketing and client engagement activities.
