Job summary

First United Bank is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of the Delos Private Client Group, coordinating client requests, onboarding, transfers, and service activities. You will maintain SOPs, CRM data, and vendor coordination to create scalable and accurate records.

The role partners with advisors and leadership to improve processes, ensure timely client service, and support billing, compliance, and reporting tasks in a growing wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with Tamarac and Charles Schwab platforms preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day firm operations, ensuring workflows, documentation, and records are accurate and up to date.
• Support advisors and clients with onboarding, service requests, and meetings; maintain a high-quality client experience.
