Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Ascent Private Capital Management seeks an Operations Associate to support onboarding and ongoing servicing of trust and investment accounts.

You’ll review statements and fiduciary documents, coordinating with Trust Officers and Operations to establish accounts and monitor setups across systems. Candidate should have a finance/wealth management background with 2+ years in trust operations or account management, and a strong grasp of fiduciary and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years' experience in Wealth Management, trust, investment, and account opening processes.
• 2+ years' experience in trust administration, investment services, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process for opening banking, trust, and investment accounts including documentation review and verification.
• Process and maintain trust and investment fee setups, updates, and ongoing maintenance per account documentation and procedures.
• Address portfolio exceptions, Reg 9s, and ensure compliance with KYC, Beneficial Owner Rule, and fiduciary requirements.
