Flagship Staffing Services is assisting a wealth management client in Rhode Island to find a Wealth Operations Associate. This role supports the operations of the advisory business and ensures accurate processing of accounts and trades.

Responsibilities include compliance tasks, renewing licenses, processing new accounts, trade reconciliations for equity and mutual funds, handling advisory fees and audits, and maintaining client records.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Series 7 License preferred.
• Proficient with MSOffice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades
