• Manage day-to-day execution of operations tasks.
• Serve as liaison between Wealth Teams and custodians.
• Delegate tasks and assist with team members workloads.

Skills

Experience with Salesforce

Experience with Fidelity (Wealthscape) and Charles Schwab Platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent project management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Excel

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
