The role combines hands-on problem solving with people leadership, performance management, and process improvements. You will monitor queues, analyze performance data, and partner with multiple departments to enhance scalability and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team in a financial services setting.
• Strong judgment to identify and resolve operational challenges guided by policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of Account Services staff, including Senior Client Service Associates, Client Service Associates, Specialists, and Support Specialists.
• Set clear priorities and coordinate work activities to ensure efficient task completion.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide coaching, and mentor to foster development and career paths.
• Conduct quality review conversations to ensure work meets standards.
• Assist the Account Services Manager with resource planning, scheduling, and training needs.
• Lead by example and recognize team members who embody company values.
• Ensure knowledge and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
