Job summary

TD Wealth Operations Specialist I in Mount Laurel, NJ, is an introductory role performing specialized operational tasks to support US Wealth Management lines.

You will handle basic administration, document processing, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and timely client communications. This position requires SIE and Series 99 or the ability to obtain them, and offers growth within a major financial institution.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years related experience required.
• SIE & Series 99 registration required or ability to obtain within defined time after hire.
• Knowledge of accounting entries and procedures; trust operations processes.
• Strong arithmetic, organizational, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic administrative support tasks with focus on quality reporting and client communication.
• Handle basic processing and ensure transactions are entered in system per policies.
• Communicate with client-facing advisors, clients and third-party advisors to resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed information and reports on transactions and accounts as needed.
• Provide support for Trackers, Phones, and email to assist client-facing CSAs.
• Review basic reconciliation breaks and escalate as needed.
