Job summary

Citi in Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, is seeking a Head of Mortgage Specialist to lead a high-performing team and own end-to-end performance of a multiproduct mortgage platform. You will shape strategy, manage people, and drive results across multiple channels within our Wealth business.

You will work at a senior level with Citigold, Citi Private, and Wealth at Work, driving cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product sales experience leading teams across multiple channels.
• Experience managing performance, hiring, compensation and budget oversight.
• Clear communicator capable of senior-level engagement with partners.
• Strong knowledge of general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ability to tie daily sales activity to broader financial outcomes.
• Experience handling compliance obligations with client, partner and regulatory bodies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage specialist sales team to meet and exceed targets across all products.
• Develop and execute strategies across mortgage sales channels for a seamless client experience.
• Build team capability and sustain performance by improving productivity and retention.
• Maximize revenue by cross-sell and inbound sales at key client touchpoints.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners to open deployment opportunities.
• Oversee budget and expense discipline within the team.
• Monitor compliance across client, partner and regulatory interactions.
• Collaborate to refine risk policies and optimize processing costs.
