Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist in Miami to support financial advisors by developing, designing, and executing marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen brands and attract new business.

The ideal candidate has extensive marketing experience in wealth management or financial services, with hands-on skills in creating collateral and managing campaigns from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience within financial services (wealth management, broker-dealers, or RIAs) is required.
• Proven track record creating and executing marketing materials and campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong graphic design and content development capabilities.
• Proficiency with marketing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience developing advisor-facing marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with financial advisor marketing strategies, client acquisition, and brand development.
• Understanding of FINRA and SEC marketing and advertising guidelines is highly preferred.
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and collaborate with financial advisors.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to individual financial advisors and advisory teams.
• Create professional marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, pitch decks, newsletters, flyers, client communications, and digital content.
• Partner directly with financial advisors to understand their business objectives and develop customized marketing solutions.
• Manage the design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral across print and digital channels.
• Support advisor branding initiatives, including websites, social media, email marketing, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate and execute email campaigns, client appreciation events, webinars, seminars, and other advisor marketing initiatives.
• Ensure marketing materials maintain consistent branding and align with firm standards.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all marketing communications adhere to FINRA, SEC, and internal regulatory guidelines.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and advisor engagement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing marketing processes, templates, and resources available to financial advisors.
