KeyBank is seeking a Private Client Banker to manage the full client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice. The role focuses on delivering solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets and coordinating with Retail, Private Bank, and other teams.

The ideal candidate will nurture relationships, drive referrals, and collaborate with partners to meet client needs while complying with bank policies and procedures.

Formación

• Experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Foundational sales/service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, networking.
• Strong ability to work with high-net-worth clients and cross-functional partners.

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with each client interaction.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer appropriate products.
• Builds a referral pipeline and documents calling efforts.
• Maintains knowledge of private client products and market options.
• Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations.
