Job summary

KeyCorp seeks a Wealth Market Leader to grow sales and assets in a defined territory through a team of Private Client Advisors and Private Client Bankers. The role requires recruiting, training, coaching, and retention of the sales staff and strong relationship development with bank partners.

You will guide a cross-functional team to drive advice and planning for Mass Affluent clients, leveraging Key Investment Services to support cross-selling opportunities and referrals across the Retail Bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years industry sales management experience.
• Series 7, 24 and 66; Life & Health Insurance licenses required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Proven recruiting, training, coaching and management track record.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and assets within a defined territory through Private Client Advisors and Private Client Bankers.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and retain sales staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Retail Bank Leaders, branches and partners.
• Coach advisors to grow books of business and referrals, focusing on Mass Affluent clients.
• Understand Key Investment Services to support cross-selling and referrals back to Retail Bank.
