Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Market Client Relationship Manager in the New York area to lead the service delivery model for wealth management banking and digital solutions. You will collaborate with senior leaders, Financial Advisors, and operations staff to execute market strategy plans and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses and Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted
• Minimum of five years of professional experience
• Internal employees who are currently working from home may be required to work onsite

Responsibilities

• Manage Wealth Management Client Associates and Service Support Staff
• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence
• Lead service delivery and wealth management banking strategy to drive growth
• Hire, develop, and lead cross-functional teams supporting Financial Advisors
• Coach teams to deliver a digital-first service model and operational excellence
• Balance client service expectations with Merrill risk management
• Resolve complex client service and operational issues
• Represent the office and Merrill to clients, prospects, vendors, regulators and counsel
• Connect Financial Advisors and clients to the broader enterprise
• Collaborate with SCRM to support Elite Growth Practice roles
