Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science or related field.
• 3+ years industry experience in product design or related field.
• Experience designing complex financial applications is a plus.
• Understanding of web standards (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and accessibility.

• Contribute to end-to-end design across digital channels for world-class products and services.
• Uphold high creativity and innovation standards across digital products.
• Leverage data and insights into actionable outcomes and decisions.
• Distill complex problems into simple, intuitive designs with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities.
• Participate in the design process from discovery to implementation and drive progress.
• Create clear, cohesive prototypes and presentations to communicate context and priority.
