Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Experience publishing pages in an enterprise CMS (AEM preferred).
• Experience designing mobile-responsive email layouts.
• Experience implementing page variants in testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely).
• Strong typography, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and page layouts for web pages and sections.
• Maintain design system and component library for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing to translate complex wealth management concepts into digital experiences.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility and brand guidelines.
• Design responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Configure and troubleshoot CMS components to meet design needs.
• Support multilingual page variants and translations.
• Implement and QA A/B test variants.
