Job summary

Equitable Advisors in the United States seeks aspiring wealth professionals to join its structured path to becoming a licensed wealth manager.

You will engage clients, develop financial strategies, and consult on products, with an in-office role and a comprehensive training program including FINRA licensing and mentorship.

The program offers a 120-day hands-on training, biweekly pay during early years, and opportunities for growth toward CFP, ChFC, and other credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies.
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
