The program includes 120‑day hands‑on training, mentorship, and access to virtual university, with ongoing growth toward CFP/ChFC credentials and equitable advisor career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• State Life & Health licenses and FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66/66P).
