Job summary

Equitable Advisors offers a structured path to becoming a wealth manager through licensing and employment. You will engage with clients, educate them on a range of financial products, and manage data with confidentiality while designi ng tailored solutions. The role supports a flexible schedule and working across local schools and municipalities.

The Training & Development program includes FINRA sponsorship, a 120-day PEP and virtual university, with mentorship and coaching from leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.

• Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, prepare and implement products & services.
