Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management unit is seeking a Relationship Manager Trainee to develop and service the FA Teams’ client base and prepare for licensure and certifications. The role supports a team-based approach, delivering wealth-management solutions while pursuing required registrations and designations.

The position involves business development, client relationship management, and collaboration with product specialists to grow assets under management and drive client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support; SAFE ACT Registration.
• ADV-2B Required; obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation.
• Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services.
• Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions.
• Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution.

• Deepen relationships by partnering with Merrill partners to deliver full breadth solutions.
• Coordinate portfolio analysis, proposals and direct mail campaigns utilizing Salesforce and other tools.
• Provide marketing and organizational support.
