Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking licensed financial professionals to join our in‑house wealth management network. You will engage clients, develop financial strategies, and consult on tailored products and services, with an emphasis on in‑person relationship building at an in‑office role.

The program includes FINRA sponsorship for required licenses, a 120‑day hands‑on training, mentorship, and opportunities for CFP, ChFC, and other credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to positively impact others.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance.
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
