Equitable Advisors is hiring for a wealth management track that develops licensed financial professionals through structured training and FINRA sponsorship. You will engage clients, craft financial plans, and explain tailored product solutions in an in-office setting.

The program includes comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to pursue CFP®, ChFC, and the firm's own credentials, with biweekly pay during early growth and potential commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience is required.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking and portfolio management.
• Develop personalized financial strategies based on clients' objectives and risk tolerance.
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' needs.
• In-office presence is required.
