Equitable Advisors in the U.S. seeks a wealth management professional to engage clients, develop personalized financial strategies, and advise on a broad range of products and services in an in‑office role.

You’ll receive FINRA sponsorship, a 120‑day hands‑on training program, and mentorship, with pathways to CFP and other credentials as you grow toward becoming a licensed financial professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
• Ability to collaborate with top performers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
• Financial strategy development: Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance.
• Product and service consultation: Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
