Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Service and Support Representative for Wealth Management who will act as the primary daily contact between Wealth Management Trust, Banking, or Investment clients and the bank.

You will manage client calls, transactions, and issue resolution within delegated authority, escalating when needed to advisors. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree or equivalent with at least five years of administrative support experience in banking, plus excellent communication and

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily contact between Wealth Management clients and U.S. Bank.
• Handle client calls and transactions and resolve routine issues within delegated authority.
• Escalate items beyond my authority to Wealth Management Advisor or specialists.
• Develop working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and standard procedures.
