Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a service and support representative who serves as the primary daily contact for Wealth Management Trust, Banking, or Investment customers. You will handle client calls and transactions, resolving issues within authority and escalating when needed within a collaborative team.

The role features a hybrid/flexible schedule with in-office days and remote work portions, emphasizing risk awareness, accuracy, and proactive client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of administrative support experience in a banking environment

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client calls and transactions and resolve problems within delegated authority
• Escalate items beyond authority to Wealth Management Advisor or specialist as needed
• Develop working knowledge of assigned area/accounts through frequent client contact and standard procedures
• Identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and relationship growth
