Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between Wealth Management Trust, Banking, or Investment customers and U.S. Bank.
• Handle day-to-day client calls and transactions and resolve problems within authority.
• Escalate items beyond authority to Wealth Management Advisor or specialist.
• Identify potential issues, compliance concerns, or fraud to protect client relationships.
