Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a customer-focused support professional to assist Financial Advisors at U.S. Bancorp Advisors. You will handle sales support, client communications, appointment coordination and file maintenance to ensure smooth brokerage operations.

Ideal candidates will have FINRA SIE/Series licenses, 2–4 years in the investment industry, and strong knowledge of MS Office and brokerage processes to help drive client relationships and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63 licenses required to be eligible for business incentives.
• SIE certification at a minimum preferred.
• Two to four years of investment industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Financial Advisors of U.S. Bancorp Advisors.
• Assists in business development by meeting with prospects, reviewing relationships and coordinating marketing initiatives.
